- Facebook Phone
Many companies now are trying to become players in one of the biggest markets in the world – the mobile devices market. Mobile phones, apps, software for these machines, new features etc. All these things should attract new customers and make the companies that create them and richer and more successful.
Realising all that, Mark Zuckerberg decided to invest in new technologies. According to New York Times, he thinks that “Facebook” will not become any more popular than it is at the moment, while the mobile technologies have great future. That is why many engineers from different companies, even from Apple, were attracted by “Facebook” for their new project – self made mobile phone.
This news are completely opposite from what we heard several weeks ago when many talked about the “Facebook” phone as something manufactured by other companies (like HTC for example) and only with the “Facebook” brand on it. Now, we know that Zuckeberg will try to start a manufacturing phones and this should be interesting knowing the power of his brand and the investing capabilities of “Facebook”.
