Short Code International Dialling Explained - One Touch Dialling for Mobiles

What are Short-Codes?

Short-Codes are 6, 7 or 8 digit phone numbers specifically set up to be used from your mobile phone. The rate you see advertised on this website is the you will pay, there are no additional charges from us, the supplier or your mobile network operator.

To use a Short-Code there are no accounts to open and no pre-payments; all you have to do is dial the Short-Code from your mobile phone and when connected, dial the full international number you wish to call.

How am I billed?

You will be billed the advertised rate, on our website, by your mobile network operator for the call to the Short-Code; we, or the suppliers, do not charge you any additional fee for using the service. The cost of the international call is included in the rate on this website and all calls will appear on your bill.

How to make a call?

Select the country you want to call from the country drop-down menu at the top of the page. This will take you to the country page where you should click on the ‘Calls From Your Mobile’ tab. You will see a list of international call suppliers, the Short-Codes and the rate it costs to call that short-code.

  1. Dial the Short-Code for the rate you wish to pay
  2. When you here the recorded message, dial the full international number starting with ‘00’
